Thank you for shopping with Leor Beauty. We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with dispatch details.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

United Kingdom

- Standard Tracked Shipping: 2–3 business days
(Includes tracking number)

- Next Day Shipping: 1 business day
(Orders must be placed before 12PM (noon) for same-day dispatch. Includes tracking number)

International

- Untracked Shipping: 5–12 business days
(No tracking available)

- Tracked Shipping: 3–7 business days
(Includes tracking number)

 All delivery timeframes are estimated in business days and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or factors beyond our control.


Tracking Information

- Tracking is provided only for Tracked and Next Day shipping options.

- If you selected a tracked method, your tracking number will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

- Untracked International Shipping does not include tracking and is sent at the customer’s risk.


 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

- The United Kingdom

- Selected international countries (availability shown at checkout)


 Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders Only)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Your local customs office or delivery provider will typically contact you to collect payment before releasing the parcel.

If you do not hear from them within the expected delivery timeframe:

- Please contact your local customs office or parcel carrier to inquire about your shipment.

- Do not contact LEOR Beauty first, as we are unable to assist with customs clearance directly.

Important: If you do not pay the customs charges and the parcel is returned to us:

- It can take up to 90 days for the return to be processed by the carrier.

- A refund will only be issued once the parcel has been returned to us in its original condition.

- Shipping costs will not be refunded.


Delivery Issues

Leor Beauty is not responsible for:

- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information

- Lost or stolen parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier

For tracked shipments not received within the expected timeframe or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at customercare@leorbeauty.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Untracked international shipments cannot be tracked once dispatched and are sent at the customer’s own risk.
